Can I Get IWHCM Services Through my Health Insurance?
At IWHCM we decided not to work directly with insurance companies in order to provide a more agile, personalized and high quality service. This decision allows us to dedicate more time to our patients, without being limited by the paperwork, authorizations or restrictions that insurance companies usually impose.
By operating independently, we can offer diagnoses and treatments quickly, with total medical freedom, and with a 100% focus on the needs of each individual. In addition, we avoid delays in administrative processes, which improves the overall patient experience.
In any case, we will always provide an invoice after each consultation so that, in case of reimbursement, you can claim your money back from your insurer. Additionally, we could only deal directly with your insurance company if we have a prior guarantee of payment.
What Happens if I Need an After Hours Service?
Our commitment is to provide you with the best possible service. If you need a service outside our regular hours, we offer the following options:
- Scheduled care: in some cases, we can coordinate after-hours care by appointment, depending on the availability of the professional.
- Contact lines: we have communication channels to guide you and help you determine the level of urgency and the steps to follow.
- Referral to emergency centers: if it is a medical emergency, we recommend that you go to a 24-hour center or contact local emergency services.
We want you to feel supported, even after hours. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help you.
Which Payment Methods do you Accept?
In our clinic we accept the following methods of payment:
- Cash
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
We currently do not work with wire transfers or electronic payment platforms. If you need an invoice, don’t forget to ask for it at the time of payment, thank you for your understanding!
Which centers do you work with?
We are a private and independent clinic, so we are not directly affiliated with other centers. However, in case it is necessary to complement any treatment or make referrals, we have a network of trusted centers with which we collaborate externally, always prioritizing quality and continuity in the care of our patients.
