When it comes to maintaining your health, it is not enough just to take care of your body. Also your soul can be troubled and might therefore need help.

Psychotherapy is about getting to know yourself better and to understand why you are not well or why you cannot handle a stressful situation by yourself. Once you recognize the underlying context during therapy and really meet yourself, problems can be faced and solved.

Sometimes it can also be helpful to seek support during an acute crisis. A typical crisis in someone's life might for example be the loss of a family member or the loss of a pregnancy, but also simple changes such as moving to a foreign country or separation from a long-term partner might cause certain stress that might require professional help.

To accept help in such a situation is difficult for many people, but it is worth trying to attend at least one session!
