Post-natal exercise

Held by one of our midwifes, this weekly class is for women who just had a baby.
The class is designed to get you back in shape with the focus on improving the function of the pelvic floor after labor! Start earliest four to six weeks after childbirth.
What to bring: your baby :-) and an exercise towel
Duration: 60 minutes

Post-natal yoga

Held by one of our midwifes, this weekly class is for women who just had a baby.
Designed for the first couple of months as a mom, it is about stretching, toning muscles and relaxation. Usually, we recommend to start earliest at six weeks after childbirth.

Post-natal Pilates

Held by our experienced Pilates-trainer, this weekly class is for women who had a baby three to four months ago.
Pilates is a very effective way to get your body back in shape after having given birth!
