I gave birth to my second one about eight weeks ago. I could not be happier with Dr. Kamilla Hallier throughout my pregnancy, birthing, and post-partum. Extremely professional, always responsive (always only a text away!) and with a personal touch. She also speaks perfect English and Spanish (and German of course) which helped a lot as I had to communicate mostly in English, and most of the staff members at the hospital Nuevo Belen had moderate to limited English-speaking capabilities. She would be easily my favorite ob-gyn doctor in any part of the world, though! Thanks to her and her team member Ann-Sophie (the midwife, who is also professional and warm at the same time!), I felt safe and comfortable despite that I started my birthing by being admitted into the ER due to the ruptured membranes and started labor in the middle of the night. While encouraging natural birth to the extent it is possible, Kamilla and Ann-Sophie know to listen to the patient and find a sensible solution that works instead of religiously taking a purist approach. I really felt that every decision made in the process was done so in the best interest for me. Thank you so much Kamilla and Ann-Sophie! Our family will remember and cherish the experience forever!
